How do I know if I need assistance with my Social Media?
The most common answer to this is frequency. How often do you post? Is the content unique and engaging? Are your fans/followers increasing? Or, are leads reaching out to you on your social media platforms and you don’t see the messages or comments or have time to respond? When social media is not regularly maintained, potential customers may see your company’s outdated posts or worse- no longer relevant. It’s imperative in this digital age to keep current on your social media platforms.
Who will actually manage my account?
All management is performed in-house. We do not outsource our social media management.
Is my content original? Do you share it with other companies?
Yes, your content is original. We take pride in our research and original content for your social media! .
What type of clients do work with?
We work with several different industries and types of companies: professional services, eCommerce, products, brick and mortar.
Can I send you company news to post?
Absolutely. We actually recommend photos and videos from your own company. We’ll do our magic to get in front of the right people.
Will you only post about my company?
No. We mix up the posts with relevant community events, industry news, funny memes (if that’s what you’re into!) and great company reviews.
Do you work with Influencers?
No. At the moment, we work with companies that need assistance with their social media marketing management. If you’re striving to be an Influencer, there are great YouTube videos that can help guide you.
Will you post the same information on all my platforms?
No. We really can’t because each platform is unique. So, what engages users on Facebook probably won’t be the same for your LinkedIn audience.
Do you create videos?
Yes! We create videos from your existing content (videos, photos). If you need on-site video shoots, we partner with local videographers. However that’s an additional cost to our monthly management.
Do you manage fan comments?
Yes, we will manage comments however specific questions about your services/pricing/events we’ll send over to you for review.
How do you post on my platforms?
During on-boarding, our clients add us as users (not owners) of their pages so we can manage them on behalf of your company. No one will know that your social media partner posted.
Do you look at analytics / insights?
Yes. We will request to be added to your Google Analytics account and we’ll look at your platform insights. This allows us to plan future posts for the best engagement.
